PEREZ HILTON CLAIMS JOHN MAYER MADE OUT WITH HIM AND THAT THE SINGER IS BISEXUAL

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton claims he made out with singer John Mayer WHILE sitting at the same table as Mayer's then-girlfriend Jessica Simpson. Us magazine reports:

Does John Mayer swing both ways?

Yes, says celeb blogger Perez Hilton, who hit the airwaves Thursday morning to detail an alleged recent make-out he had with the singer (one of Us' Cads of the Year).

"He is definitely bi," Hilton declared on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show, adding that Mayer is "struggling with his sexuality."

Of their liplock at NYC club Stereo last year, Hilton said, "He kissed me, and I kissed him back. It was on the mouth with tongue.

"I thought he was messing with me," Hilton went on. "Then he kept going and going."

Hilton claims Jessica Simpson — Mayer's girlfriend at the time — didn't mind.

"While John Mayer and I are making out, she is rubbing his crotch," Hilton recalled.

Mayer's rep tells Usmagazine.com, "This is all so ridiculous." Simpson's rep had no comment.

Hilton insisted, "It's 100% true."

Editors note: I have always prided myself on having a policy of not 'outing' GLBT'ers before they are ready. Unless of course there is a great deal of hypocrisy involved (politicians who are anti-gay, etc). I made an exception in writing this report due to the fact that Mr. Mayer chose to make-out (if it's true) with America's #1 gossip monger, a move no doubt calculated to have just the effect it has: to launch the story out into the blogsophere. I'm guessing either Mr. Mayer, a very intelligent man by all accounts, is pranking us (he is known for his irreverent sense of humor), or he wants the world to know he bats for both teams, perhaps in an effort to broaden his mystique or appeal. Who knows, time will tell...
